Job Description
The Director of Solution Consultant, Global Account APJ will develop and lead an organization of Pre-Sales Professionals including Solution Consultant, Solution Architect and Sales Leaders in Global Account business. This leader will partner with the senior management of Sales for Global Account in APJ and share responsibility for a business, and will have responsibility for team members in multiple countries. Actively managing the growth and development of the team to ensure the competency of the Solution Consultant team is at its best and diverse to support the business technologies and solution offerings. Collaborating and leveraging the team skills to support all aspects of the business to improve effective business interactions, revenue growth and high levels of customer satisfaction. The leader also will grow their business through the development of internal business partnerships with the field Sales Organization, Business Units, Corporate Alliance teams, and our Partner organization.
