Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager for the following:

Industry: Insurance
Location: Tokyo
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Job Description:
- Manage a complex infrastructure project
- Effectively manage scoping, risk management, reporting, hand off and project closure
- Manage escalations, and balance priorities between business needs and technical or resource constraints
- Clearly communicate with stakeholders across multiple levels within the company
- Effectively balance business priorities, with timelines and deliverables
- Drive effective collaboration, and share best-practice knowledge across multiple infrastructure teams

Successful candidates will possess a well-rounded background in IT infrastructure project management, must have strong ownership, deliver in high pressure environments and have excellent problem solving skills. Dealing with ambiguity, excellent communication skills, ability to influence without authority and effectively manage priorities are essential to success in this role. The candidate must be able to thrive in high project management standards, collaborate with multiple IT group on delivery, candidate must also be able to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Skills (Must Have):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience managing large, and complex IT infrastructure projects.
- Understanding and experience with IT infrastructure, including networking & circuit technologies.
- Ability to effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors to get things done.
- An ability to think creatively and apply strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to operate in high pressure situations and successfully handle multiple competing priorities, while displaying a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with business applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Practical knowledge and skill in the use of project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Wiki, Excel and others relevant to project planning and issue management.

- 高プレッシャー環境での柔軟な対応力
- Microsoft Project、SharePoint、Wiki、Excelやどプロジェクト計画に携わる媒体の知識と使用経験

Skills Description (Preferred):
- PMI, Scrum or Agile Certification
- CCNA Certification
- ITIL Certification
- Solid understanding of enterprise networks and architecture.
- Hands on experience with MS Windows, UNIX/Linux, and Mac OS X.
- Knowledge of information security, relational databases and cloud computing.
