800 people in Japan HQ, and 6000 people in global.
Having huge market share in Japan(over 50%) and in global(30%).

Job Discription 

Will be in charge of ;


Managing IT department's management(30 people, 3 direct report. Not limited with Japan HQ but also in global)
Change Management(local and global, both)
Reporting to global head
Introducing cutting edge technology to product team such us AI and IoT

Requirement


Japanese/English billingual(Japanese must be fluent, English business level)
Having good knowledge of AI and IoT is a huge plus
IT management, IT project management
People management
Hands-on development experience in the past
Change management(organization level and IT strategy level will be welcome)

Condition


Salary will be based on your current, but will provide great package to the best candidate.
