The Marketing Director is a highly experienced professional in Brand Marketing for the Japan market. The candidate will be able to create, implement, and execute brand strategies from scratch. After implementation, communication with the sales team is essential for lead generation. Close communication with international marketing teams is also essential.
Requirements:
-10+ years of Brand Marketing expertise in the Japanese market for strategy creation/messaging & brand analytics
-Direct response marketing/advertising to drive small to mid-size business acquisition
-Experience in a multi-national, highly matrixed environment
-Experience in various industries such as Consumer, Online, etc. are welcome
-Team management experience of 5+ staff is essential
Salary: Flexible depending on experience plus additional incentives
