COMPANY OVERVIEW: 
Our client is a consumer goods company with strong brand recognition in Japan as well as globally. 

JOB CONTENTS:


Support all aspects of the forecasting and budgeting processes including: coordination and facilitation of internal forecasts and analyses, reviews with senior management, and presentation of key metrics. 
Partner with functional leaders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, operation, legal) in developing the vision and strategic plan for the business, leading financial analysis, recommendations and communications of various strategic initiatives across business units.
Communicate and liaise with finance leaders locally and at global headquarters to complete various reporting and planning deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:


3+ year experience in roles of FP&A in operating companies
Oversight of forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes
Knowledge of Accounting Principles would be plus
