職務内容 The Position
This is a HR Manager.
Working with the General Managers to ensure that operational HR and people management are aligned with the group strategy.
This role is particularly focused on driving the continuous growth in Japan. A position involving both Strategic & Operational functions.
C&B Packages, recruitment, Employer branding.
People development and Performance management including some training, activities and programs

3-5 years HR management experience
Strong communication skills
Experience in Labor Laws/Relations
Fluency in Japanese & English
