世界中のお客様に最高のサービスを提供し、店舗／本部スタッフの業務効率を最大化するために、より早く、安全に、安定した情報とサービスを提供するためのインフラの構築や改善活動を最新のテクノロジーを積極的に取り入れながら実施しています。

(ネットワークエンジニア)
世界最大規模のアパレル企業において、システムの大部分がクラウドベースに移行する近い将来を見越したグローバルネットワーク、店舗・オフィスネットワーク、データセンタサービスの最適化、導入、管理を実施していただきます。
■クラウドサービスを活用する次世代システムためのグローバルネットワーク構成の検討、設計、導入
■世界3,000以上の店舗での顧客サービスやデジタルアプリ導入に合わせた、最適な店舗ネットワークの標準化、設計、導入
■グローバルな拠点展開（オフィス、倉庫、データセンタ等）にあわせたネットワーク設計、導入
■クラウドサービスもしくはデータセンタで提供するプロキシサーバ、ファイアウォール、WAN高速化、SDN、CDN、SSL-VPNなどを活用したネットワークリソース利用の最適化、セキュリティ施策の検討・導入

(Network Engineer)
As a network engineer, you will be engaged with design of global network for one of the biggest apparel companies in the world, considering future system architecture which is more cloud based. You will also work for optimization and management of office/store network and datacenter services.




Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験

＜必須要件＞
■課題を自ら発見し、能動的、グローバルに周囲を巻き込みながら、かつ細部にこだわり解決できるリーダーシップ
■困難なプロジェクトでも明るく前向きにスピード感をもって対応する行動力
■複数のステークホルダと協業し、スケジュール・品質・コスト管理ができるプロジェクトマネジメント能力
■ITシステム・ネットワークの設計・開発・運用経験（いずれか実務経験3年以上）
■TOEIC 800以上もしくは、業務で英語を使った会話・読み書きが可能

■クラウド時代に最適化したグローバルネットワークの検討・構築・運用
■グローバルに多拠点展開する店舗・オフィス向けネットワーク構築・運用の効率化検討・導入
■ファイアウォール、ルータ等ネットワーク機器の設計、設定、トラブルシューティング
■プロキシサーバ、WAN高速化、SDN、CDN、SSL-VPNなどを使ったネットワークリソース、コストの最適化


■Having leadership to take initiative to find out issues, and to actively involve co-workers globally and resolve the issues by deep dive into details. 
■Having positive attitude even in touch project/situation to take quick action in a forward looking manner. 
■Having project management ability to work with multiple stakeholders and to ensure that schedule, quality and cost are well managed. 
■Having proven 3 years or more experience of IT system/network design, development or operation.



*Applicants must have at least one of the followings. 
■Experience of design and deployment of global network to be suitable for future system architecture which is more cloud based.
■Experience of design, deployment and operation optimization of globally located stores/offices network.
■Experience of design, configuration and troubleshooting for network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls. 
■Optimization of network resource usage and cost by making the best use of Proxy servers, Firewalls, WAN optimization, SDN, CDN and SSL-VPN.
