The Role 職務内容

システムデザインに落とし込み、直感的でスマートなユーザーエクスペリエンスを実現する革新的なアイデアとデザインへの情熱を持ったUX/UIデザイナーを募集しております。

デバイスやチャネルに沿った、ビジュアルデザインの専門性、情報設計力、ユーザー視点のインタラクションデザイン能力を活かして、エンジニアやクリエイティブディレクターと連携しながら、アジャイル開発手法やリーン思考を活用したユーザーエクスペリエンスの実現を行っていただきます。

■UXディレクターの指導の下、プロジェクト全体を管理し、ユーザー視点のデザインプロセスに沿ったコンセプトの開発
■サイトマップ、ワークフロー、ワイヤーフレーム、機能の設計等のインターフェイスデザインや情報設計のドキュメントの作成
■アンケート、ヒアリング、テストを含む対象ユーザーやユーザビリティの検証
■ユーザーニーズに則し、より革新的で面白いユーザーエクスペリエンスを提供する為の設計や手法の開発
■ダイアグラムやプロトタイプ等、デザインアイデアを形にする為のチームとの協業
■UXチームの戦略に積極的に関与し、アジャイル開発手法やリーン思考を活用して推進する新しいツールやリソースの開発

We are seeking an innovative and passionate User Experience / User Interface Designer who is a creative-minded and experienced user experience architect to collaborate and design intuitive and intelligent experiences by leveraging best practices. 

Each of our brands has its own concept and design standards. You will be working closely with our creative director to align the concepts and make sure our partner vendors fully understand our cultural DNA so that they can provide a completely new user experience to our customers. 

The person should have expertise in visual design, information architecture, interaction design and user-centered design principles spanning devices and channels.
This position requires skills to apply Agile and Lean UX techniques while working alongside Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers to build revolutionary software solutions.

■Lead projects with guidance from UX Director and develop concept delivery followed by user centered design process
■Create information architecture and interface design documentation such as sitemaps, work flows, taxonomies, wireframes, and functional requirements
■Support planning and execution of user research/usability activities, including surveys, customer interviews, online usability tests, and online card sorting/tree testing
■Develop architectures and interaction methods that contribute to a positive, interesting, and productive user experience reflecting customers’ needs and requests
■Support the team with wireframes, flow diagrams, prototypes, and visual design to help communicate and validate design ideas
■Facilitate user research in collaboration with the team, to validate prototypes and conduct ongoing usability testing of the working software
■Actively participate in developing the UX team strategy, discovering and piloting new tools and resources that promote agile and lean methodologies

Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験

■1-3年のUX/UIデザイン経験
■クリエイティブデザインにおける学士、もしくは実務経験での体系的な知識
■日本語、英語でのデザイン経験
■UX/UIデザインスキルがわかるポートフォリオ
■商品やユーザーへの強い興味関心と技術的素養
■ビジュアルデザインとコンセプトデザインのスキル
■様々な媒体、アプリケーション、色彩、タイポグラフィー等の優れたデザインセンス
■クライアントや社内関係者との協業する為の強いコミュニケーション能力
■Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch やMacの知識
■iOSやAndroid等のモバイルデザインの知識
■ワイヤーフレーム、モックアップ、プロトタイプ等、様々なUX/UI開発経験とウェブデザイン経験

Requirements
1-3 years of professional UX design experience
Strong technical aptitude, product common sense, and curiosity combined with a genuine love for products, people, and user experience
Strong conceptual design skills with visual design principles
Excellent overall design sense across multiple mediums and applications - composition, typography, color, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite software and MAC platform
Firm grasp of iOS and Android mobile design conventions
Experience conducting and presenting user research, namely user testing and interviewing
Front-end web programming languages and CSS Frameworks
Relevant code validation
Experience in a variety of UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, etc.) and responsive web design

Nice to Haves
Bachelor's Degree in creative design field
Familiarity with using Google Analytics or mobile development/programming
Experience working with agile/lean methodologies
Knowledge of Agile UX and Lean UX methodologies and experience working in a highly collaborative, agile environment is a huge plus
Knowledge of web, tablet and mobile technologies and the impact on the feasibility of a design
