モバイルアプリケーション開発の専門性を発揮していただき、事業担当者やデザイナー、他のエンジニアと協業しながら、お客様へ新しいショッピング体験を提供することができるポジションです。また、お客様向けだけでなく、全世界の店舗や本部のスタッフ向けのアプリケーションを開発し、業務を革新するミッションもあり、様々なアプリケーション開発に関わることのできるポジションです。

As a mobile application engineer you will work closely with our business, design, and engineering teams to build the world-class native applications that re-define the customer shopping experience. You have a variety of opportunities developing the service not only for our customers but also for our store staffs to improve their daily operations.

• Design and implement applications considering user experience, performance, maintainability, cost, and up-to-date technologies.
• Opportunity to develop and ship the in-house applications
• Analyze users and make improvement plans with our business planners and UI/UX designers for the expansion of our business. 
• Develop applications for FR employees to improve business operations and customer support.

Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験

◆必須の技術スキル・経験
• iOS（Objective-C/Swift）もしくは Android（Java/Kotlin）の、３年以上の実務開発経験（ビジネス領域、B2B/B2C、開発規模は問わず）
• iOS Human Interface Guideline や Material Design に即した UI 設計と実装
• モバイルアプリケーション向けの API 設計、データベース設計の経験
• Git でのバージョン管理やプルリクエストでの開発プロセスの経験
• Web 技術（HTTP、HTML/CSS/JavaScript 等）の基本的な知識
• コンピューターサイエンス関連の学士号、または修士号

◆歓迎する技術スキル・経験 ※下記のうち、２つ以上の専門的なスキルを有する方を歓迎します。
• iOS、Android 両方の３年以上の実務開発経験• Web 技術（React Native 等）を活用した、効率的なクロスプラットフォーム開発経験
• React、AngularJS、Vue.js 等のフレームワークを活用した Web サイトの実務開発経験
• ユーザー行動分析のためのツールや A/B テストの導入、実装、分析
• アプリケーション向けのオーサリングツールや CMS の開発経験
• 国際化、多言語化等、全世界対応のアプリケーション開発経験
• アプリケーションの企画から、開発、ストアへのリリース、ユーザー獲得の施策までをご自身で行った経験
• 組織的に効率よくアプリケーションを開発するための開発環境構築、標準化、その推進の経験

◆語学力
• 日本語、もしくは英語での円滑なコミュニケーション
• 英語でのドキュメントの読み書きと、メールやチャットでのコミュニケーション
• 言語によらず、関係部署（国内／海外）や社外パートナーと論理的で柔軟なコミュニケーション、共同作業が求められます

◆Required skills and experiences
• Over 3 years industry experience in iOS (Objective-C/Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin) development.
• UI design and implementation based on iOS Human Interface Guideline / Material Design Guidelines.
• API and database design of mobile applications.
• Experience developing process with Git / GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of Web technologies (HTTP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, etc.).
• Master or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

◆Preferred skills and experiences
Having 2 or more of the following expertise is a plus.
• Over 3 years of both iOS and Android development experiences.
• Experience of cross platform development with Web technologies (e.g. React Native).
• Experience of Web site development with modern frameworks such as React, AngularJS, Vue.js, etc.
• Experience of A/B testing tool installation, analyzing user behavior.
• Experience of internationalization and localization for globalization.
• Experience of whole development process from planning to delivery to app stores, customer acquisition.
• Experience of establishment of development environment, standardization.

◆Communication Skills
• Smooth communication in Japanese or English.
• Reading and writing documentation in English.
• Communication with email and chat in English.
• Logical and flexible communication and collaboration with both inside and outside the company is required.
