Job Content:



Establish a centralized database, Business Intelligence Data Mart, apply technical skills in data collection, data analysis and report to provide solutions for requests.
Streamline billing and payment processes within region to increase settlement efficiency with clients
Built automation framework for several processes, such as AR & Inventory, and reduce processing time
Use Business Intelligence Reporting Tool, Spot Fire, to establish region-wide KPI and Scorecard reports to improve corporate profitability measures and comparative financial analysis
Generate database design to the higher level of scalability and performance.
To create automated processes, liaise with not only finance, but also cross-functional operation teams, such as supply chain and call center operations Successful candidate will be provided further opportunities within region.

Requirements:



More than 6-9 years of Business Intelligence experience is preferable
Process improvement experience
Project management experience
Excellent communication skill on both Japanese and English
Experience dealing with other departments and people in the different group companies
Working experience in multinational companies and dealing with overseas offices
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access Power Point and Word)
Designing SQL query skill is plus
Understanding of Accounting knowledge is plus
