Manager, FP&A ||マネジャー財務計画＆分析

THE COMPANY

Global insurance / financial services company with a long history in the Japanese market. 

THE JOB

-Prepare management presentations related to forecasts, quarterly close, and budgeting
-Generating analysis for overall financials, as well as some key management metrics
-Hands-on analysis as well as coordination with other teams performing analytics will be required. The results of the analytics will need to be summarized for management presentations.
-Defining requirements to have pieces of the above processes and deliverables automated where possible.
-Helping coordinate execution of all processes above



REQUIREMENTS

-Business Level English and Japanese

-Out-of-box thinker who can lead an organization through change, and provide ideas constantly evolve the systems and processes within FP&A


-Flexibility in maneuvering through frequent process and system changes to produce the end deliverables
-Strong analytic skills



-People management skills/experience, including guiding and motivating team to achieve goals/deliverables, and mentoring for career development



-Experience in accounting, analytics and management presentations
