Legal Counsel || 法務顧問

COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Euopean Investment Bank is currently seeking a Counsel for their establsihed team, primarily for their growing Structured Finance and Securities business.

JOB CONTENTS: 
Primary skills will include but will not be limited to the following:
* Provide Legal advice to the security business, particularly for equity and fixed income marketing
* Provide Legal advice for the financing business including drafting and negotiation

REQUIREMENTS:
*  Good knowledge and understanding of FIEL and Banking Laws
*  Strong experience in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of legal documentaion for financing business
* 3 -5 years PQE in Japan
* Native level in Japanese and strong english

*融資事業におけるストラクチャリング、ドラフティング、契約書類作成に関連する交渉等の豊富な経験
*3-5年の日本でのPQE経験
*日本語ネイティブレベルかつビジネス上級英語力
