THE COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES
TREASURY
· Responsible for bank accounts and contacting with banks
· Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
· Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs.
MONTH END/YEAR-END CLOSING
· Support with the reporting of open invoices
· Monitor and take actions with regards to existing provisions and critically check submitted provisions of budget owners
· Ensure the reconciliation of systems
· Ensure timely system closing and submission of reporting packages towards HQ (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPIs)
· Make suggestion for improvement in presentation and/or improved commenting
· Prepare a company standard monthly reporting package
CONTROLLING: ANAYLSIS, REPORTING & COMMUNICATION
· Ensure timely distribution of company standard reporting package to budget owners and management
· Provide reporting and ensure proper commenting of plan actual deviations for meetings
· Continuously enhance company standard reporting package for planning and month end closing
· Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations
· Ensure the incorporation of new technical possibilities/requests in finance systems
· Acts as a contact and sparring partner for budget owners with a focus on best practice sharing
· Collaborate with the Finance to ensure alignment on controlling guidelines, reporting standards, etc.
GENERAL
· Act as specialist for all reporting and IT systems and look for constant improvement opportunities and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
· Build constructive relationships with controller and APAC HQ
· Take initiative: share best practices, insights & ideas and highlight risks and opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
· University degree or equivalent
· 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting or related discipline
