Job Description
Job Contents:
· Manage all back office functions, including finance, HR, IT and admin
· Advise on strategic business plans with CEO
· Analyze financials, liaise with overseas offices
· Manage costs & budgets
Requirements
Requirements:
· Leadership and back office management experience
· Strong finance background, ideally in a retail business
· Agile mindset, ability to liaise confidently with overseas offices and non-Japanese professionals
· Strong communication skills in English and at least business level Japanese (fluent preferred)
