Our client, a world leading multi-media company, covering fashion, lifestyle, tech and more, is looking for an Editorial Cost Analyst.
Job Contents:
· Act as the central communication point and financial 'project manager' between the sales team and the editorial team
· Manage costs on an ongoing basis, for vendors, freelancers etc., working to regularly update contact details and prices
· invoice management and financial data entry
· Ad hoc accounting work, including monthly accounts payable and receivable
· Annual planning schedule and its budget management
Requirements:
· 2 years' experience of budget management, accounting and project management
· Understanding of bookkeeping level 3 accounting and accounting (bookkeeping grade 2 preferred)
· Ability to distribute work efficiently and mange time, and handle high pressure situations
· English communication skills and interest in fashion preferred
