The Role: Program Manager - IoT
A global cloud solutions company is looking for a manager for the IoT program team. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction for program components. 

The successful candidate will own components and work with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Program Management.
 
Key Responsibilities:



Refine existing program processes in order to more efficiently track and prioritize issues discovered during the beta process
Create test assignments for participants, program documentation, and setup/manage resources for internal test activities and bug bashes
Create and manage participant forums, both internal and external
Provide direct support to program participants through accurate and detailed support practices and troubleshooting skills
Own maintaining friendly, professional communication and providing direction to participants





Basic Qualifications


Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BS, BA)
Relevant experience managing programs in a product development environment
Fluency in Japanese (Reading/Writing/Speaking) and Business English





Preferred Qualifications




 




Prior program management experience
Experience with Excel, Confluence, and SharePoint
Experience with SQL
