International Timepieces/ Watches company that specializes in high end, sports, casual and lifestyle brands.
Job Contents:
Responsible for multi-brands (incl. license brands) strategic planning, development, execution and analysis on mainly in-storemarketing and print/digital media activities in Japan. Also accountable for brand image alignment with licenser, partnering with businesspartners.
Build close working relationships with the external branding, marketing and PR partners and internally with AD&PR team, VMD team,merchants, sales team and regional office.
Responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy of multi-brands (incl. license brands) by ensuring tomaximize the sales and brand oppotunities. Identifies brand and product growth opportunities across all existing andpotentially new distribution channels.
Manage the development and execution of effective marketing and promotional activities to leverage mother brands'image and direction including presentation to wholesale partners to achieve promotional space. Ensure timelyplanning, approvals, preparation, execution and analysis of all activities beforehand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional marketing team, mother brand lincensors and trade partners.liaise with senior management, internal and external parties.
Requirements:
Over 2 years of marketing management experience at international luxury fashion, bridge brands, international/domestic watchbrands, or retail industry
Sales promotion (experience preferred)
Digital marketing (experience preferred)
Wearables marketing (experience preferred)
Passion in brand building in a new environment with local and international teams
Excellent verbal and written business communication in English and Japanese
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a talent for building relationships with internal and
