Work details
JOB DUTIES:
-Strategic lead for events, evaluation, budget management, system implementation and vendor selection
-On site event management
-Lead project and process management of event and congresses
-Coordinate of EW TAVI Leadership at national congresses and events
-Understand and coordinate the event compliance evaluation
-Gain through knowledge of Edwards branding guideline
-Communication to the relevant departments in a timely and effective manner
-Budget management
-Evaluate congress symposium/exhibition booth/hospitality suite/customer event
-Propose exhibition booth plan and evaluate operation vendor
-Maintain strong relationships throughout the business unit
*Sometimes need to work on weekend for on site event management.
*Expected to go on a business trip not only to home but also to abroad 4-5 times a year.
*We - THV Marketing - attended 22 times symposium in 2017.
*He/she will join this position will report to Senior Manager of training & event management in THV Marketing.
Age: 27-34
Experience:
-Experience as Marketing Communications or Event Planner 3+ year
Skill/Knowledge:
-Power point and excel skills
-Japanese Native, English Business Level, TOEIC700+
*This position is expected to communicate with overseas stakeholders almost everyday.

-Can work on weekend for on site event management around 10 times a year.
