職務内容 The Position:
This is a Business Process Management and Compliance position.
Tricor’s business is in constant expansion in Japan. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the company’s teams in ways that are both simple and effective. You will support a leadership position within their in-house team, conceiving practical and creative ways to engage their business processes. The team takes an empathetic and transparent approach, driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience:
· Supporting in the ongoing maintenance and development of internal business processes, working closely with members of other business departments to document, update, and maintain work flows relating to the company’s business process outsourcing functions.
· Providing ideas and insight for the development of new company tools and forms to drive changes to improve existing business processes.
· Aiding in the design of process solutions, and the preparation of the implementation of new or improved processes.
· Strong communication skills
· Computer literate (specific focus on Microsoft office products)
· Highly organized and able to manage a project from start to finish
