#内容　The Role
Eallin motion art Japan is looking for a talented, self-motivated motion graphic designer experienced with Video Content Advertising campaigns. Each designer is expected to take ownership of projects and execute with pride. They should have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. This is a fulltime position. Occasionally overtime will be required.

#条件　Qualifications
・Must have demo reel with breakdown and an explanation of your project involvement.
・Minimum 3 years of professional experience with motion graphics, typography, infographic,design, and 2D/3D animation.
・Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
・Must have good design, layout skills.
・Familiar with HD and SD resolutions, HD Centercut, frame rates, and pixel aspect ratios, etc.
・Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven team environment.
・Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities.
・Illustration and animation skills also a plus.
・Traditional animation techniques, and/or experience with Cinema 4D or similar 3D package, are a big plus.
・A willingness and desire to be proactive.
・Strong knowledge of post production workflow, e.g. prepping files for delivery via broadcast and digital.
