A fast growing fashion brand is looking for a new Head of Operations.
Job Contents:
· Manage all back office functions, including finance, HR, admin, and logistics
· Create business plans for strategic growth with country manager and regional HQ
· Manage operational issues on day to day basis, as well as for strategic, longer term
Requirements:
· Strong finance background, ideally in a retail business
· Leadership and back office management experience
· Ability to liaise confidently with overseas offices and non-Japanese professionals
· Strong communication skills in English
