Work details
1. Manage material handlers and material handler leads; operation warehouse daily work based on SOP;
2. Properly arrange work for material handlers and process relevant documents;
3. Check warehouse cargos and supervise counting;
4. Identify warehousing problems and provide relevant recommendation;
5. Lead material handlers to implement relevant instructions of operation quality;
6. Organize trainings for material handlers;
7. Escalate variances and emergent cases;
8. Give guidance to new material handlers;
