職務内容：

This position to collaboratively work with customers to optimize operation and logistics at both customer and our side, make sure that customers are satisfied with our delivery process and customer service and drive our business growth through following activities by very closely working with sales team and supply chain team especially with Logistics team.

・Collaboration work with customers to improve Logistics and leading of Supply Chain team.
・Analyze customer operation to generate benefit for both side.

・Manage inquiries from customers in terms of order receive and product fulfilment, and Trade terms.

・Order management and Stock allocation management.

・Capture sales planning information and area allocation to reflect to deploy planning.

 必要なスキル・経験：

＜必須要件＞Must have

 -At least 3 years experience of CS or Sales in trade (Work stream) structured market.

 - Customer Management Experience/Skill, Communication Skill

 - Order Management Experience/Skill

＜歓迎要件＞Preferred

-Experience in FMCG market.

- Experience in Logistics or SC

- Experience of cross functional work

- English level Business (not mandatory)

 ■賞与：年3回（3月/7月/12月）

有給休暇10日～20日 休日日数123日
