Finance Manager || ファイナンス　マネージャー

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         This role is a key position for the future growth of the company. This individual will be supporting management and s/he will act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal business decision making

·         Business partner to other functions to become a value-added strategic business partner in driving business KPIs and enhancing the business decision making through a well-managed business planning cycle

·         Prepare financial simulations for new product projects

·         Monitor investments for new product projects

·         Support Finance team in issuing/control Compliance policies

·         Control the compliance to internal policies and perform ad hoc checks on actual spending, in order to suggest / put in place actions aiming at reducing/improving the usage of Company’s resources

·         Support other functions in liaising with external partners for specific negotiations


REQUIREMENTS

·         A minimum of 5 years of experience as Finance Manager/Planning Manager/Controller

·         Knowledge of IFRS or USGAAP

·         Financial analytical skills and financial modeling skills

·         Diligent with strong attention to detail

·         Competent on Excel and PowerPoint
