職務内容:
1. Execute/supervise/improve company logistics from procurement to sales
s Execute Import-export operations: shipment planning, custom clearance, warehousing and administration processing
s Control forwarders
s Control warehouses
s Communicate with HQ shipment dept.
s Share information on in-coming shipment with other dept.
s Supervise product delivery/returns/invoicing to wholesale customers
s Supervise order-taking/product delivery/invoicing to DOS
2. Control/improve logistics cost efficiency
s Insurance
s Warehouses
s Transportation
3. Data management
s ERP including system migration
s Supervise sell-out data management
s Daily report on sell-in/sell-out
s Handle internal/external audit requests
4. Assisting Supervisor for system migration and improvement of repair parts management
5. Coordinating closely with MD/Sales Planning Supervisor for better Inventory control, back-order management and timely import of necessary products
必要なスキル・経験:
ú University degree, be good at science and mathematics
ú English: business level
ú 10 years+ in operational experience in import/export administration
ú Advanced level PC skills especially in Excel
ú Good communicator, team player
ú Hands-on and open minded attitude
ú Well planned and organized
ú Delegates to others, providing clear instructions
ú Positive
