Job Description
The role involves extensive travel and sourcing of investment opportunities. The incumbent will engage in the following tasks:
· Sourcing of microfinance institutions (MFI) to invest and loan
· MFI due diligence
· Structuring (making structure)
· Documentation
· Monitoring MFI
Requirements
Someone with a go-getter attitude, teamwork experience
Understanding of loans/loan structuring experience
Experience in engaging in investment business. Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the following areas:
· Finance operations in emerging countries / developing countries
· Private equity investment business
· Real estate investment business
· Nonperforming loan investment business
· Trading business in the market sector of financial institutions
· Strategic consulting
