Responsibility
• For each channel (directly-managed online, Rakuten market shop, Yahoo! shopping shop) controlled by directly managed ECom, formulate sales promotion measures on a weekly basis and achieve annual and monthly targets for eCom as a whole and for each channel.
• Collaborate with in-house related departments, such as retail stores, brand marketing, and distribution operations, to make sales promotion measures executable.
• Instruct external partners (web engineers, creative related) to develop functions and create contents.
Requirements
l E-commerce work experience (3 years or more practical experience is preferable, B2C is preferable, but B2B is acceptable
l Results that have demonstrated strong commitment to achieving targets
l Business level English proficiency (It is not essential at the time of entry, but it is recommended to be acquired for career development)
