Our client is currently looking to grow the market share of one of its key businesses in Japan, and are looking for a Financial Planning Manager to work closely with senior management and play a key role role in ensuring its financial success.<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>This role is responsible for guiding the organization in the right direction by setting annual and mid-term financial plans and providing financial performance. This includes preparation of budget & forecast in alliance with relative parties, providing analysis of performance to budget / forecast. Key responsibilities include: <br/><br/>- Contribute to preparation of Budgets & Forecasts<br/>- Support preparation of monthly closing package<br/>- Part-take in local acquisition deals<br/>- Take part in ad hoc request<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>- A university degree or equivalent<br/>- Experience of general accounting as well as financial planning in an international organization<br/>- ERP experience, preferably but necessarily SAP<br/>- Good experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint<br/>- Demonstrated experience in performing analysis and reporting to strict deadlines<br/><br/>
