Job Description
Responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns to drive digital brand awareness, engagements, website traffic and sales conversions;
Plan the overall digital content calendar ensuring all digital channels align and reflect global, regional and offline plans, commercial & brand focuses and campaign objectives;
Brief and execute the digital media plan – including timeline management and development of assets in collaboration with external agencies;
Manage and localize campaign and branding content on website;
Manage the SEO agency in collaboration with the eCommerce Manager and assist in execution of SEO initiatives;
Plan content calendars for social media channels (including LINE and Facebook) and ensure comments are monitored and responded to in a timely manner;
Brief and manage LINE agency to ensure KPIs for friend growth, reach, engagements and website traffic can be achieved on the LINE Official Account;
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns;
Ensure digital artwork and media plans are approved by regional team and/or other stakeholders before execution;
Campaign reporting and optimisation in conjunction with external agencies across onsite campaigns and external media: search, display, social, video, etc;
Achieve agreed KPIs for website traffic, Club sign ups, social engagement and reach, digital media performance against campaign objectives;
Ensure tones of voice across all digital channels is in line with brand and campaign guidelines and objectives, including social media moderation.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
Advanced knowledge of social media, digital advertising, CRM, SEO and website content management.
Experience in managing media agencies.
Demonstrated experience using statistical tools such as Google Analytic or Adobe Analytics to drive digital marketing insights and recommendations.
Experience working within a multinational matrix organisation preferable.
Experience in fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands preferable.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly power point and excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Diploma or degree in marketing, communications or similar field and/or equivalent professional experience.
