Job Description
The financial division is looking for an independent Controller reporting directly to the CFO and financial director. Therefore, speaking fluently Japanese and English is a key requirement in order to be able to report to the management.
As a controller he/she will monitor business performance, take part in regional budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning as well as control business expenses for functions. Another part of the role will be to take part in costs optimization initiatives and perform monthly reporting for the management.
Requirements
The key requirements for this position include:
- University degree in Finance related field
- At least 1 to 2 years working experience in management accounting/finance analyst role
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English ( Spoken / Written)
- ERP experience
- FMCG industry experience is welcomed
- CPA is welcomed
