Job Description
Role: Senior Account Manager.
The key responsibilities are:
Client relationship management for a set of existing clients in the APAC and Japan region.
Cultivating relationships across the firm with a focus on senior client executives and decision makers.
New business development.
Product Sales for Value Added Products (VAP).
Contract negotiations.
Event based consultancy and product development sales.
Review metrics w/ client on a monthly basis, where required.
Requirements
At least 10 years’ experience in financial markets; with at least 5 years of experience of client management in Japan.
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Demonstrable network in the industry.
Fully proficient in Japanese and English languages.
