Job Description
【Summary of position】
He or she carries out works to ensure that the procurement process guideline launched just recently is duly kept by the business people by educating and supporting them to understand the procurement process and to conduct their procurement activities in accordance with the guideline and other relevant rules.
Also he or she supports Head of Procurement to implement a procurement tool and global projects.
Procurement Department is a relatively new function and thus he or she must have strong capability in business partnering to build good relationship with all the business people.

Responsible for implement procurement process to all the business and encourage them to follow the right process
Responsible for participating global projects with Head of Procurement department
Responsible for participating development and execution of system with Head of Procurement department
【Principle duties and responsibilities】
Ensure and manage all the indirect procurement activities to be conducted in accordance with the procurement process guideline by the business people on daily basis
Conduct spend analysis in order to monitor the procurement activity is conducted in accordance with the rules and to look for opportunity to make the productivity improved in procurement area
Support global projects to be driven as planned
Manage progress of the global and local projects
Prepare for the reports on saving and status of the projects
Support Head of Procurement to plan and implement a procurement tool and system which is being planned at the moment
Requirements
【Education / Experience requirements 】
A bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science
Minimum 5 years in procurement (indirect procurement is preferred but not a must)
Demonstrated commitment in relationship building
Key procurement performance skills in market analysis, contract managements, supplier selection, negotiation, supplier performance and relationship management
Knowledge of the project management methodologies and procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, etc.
Any industry Welcome (luxury experiences are plus)
