Job Description
• Establish overseas e-commerce strategy in line with overall business strategy
• Drive business development with partners
• Manage P&L as a global business manager
• Manage and improve marketing investment return rate
• Responsible for team and skills development
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce business management including sales strategy development, operation plan and P&L management for overseas markets
• Experience in B2C company selling on the web (for e.g. cosmetics, apparel) and/or in an e-commerce portal site management company
• Experience in working with senior management
• Responsible, efficient and proactive individual with a passion for challenges
• Passion for beauty and wellness industry a plus
• Native level Japanese and Business level English proficiency required; proficiency in a third language (e.g. Mandarin, Korean) a plus
