Company Overview
Our client is well known global, fashion brand that is expanding strongly across Japan. Due to this, they are actively looking to increase headcount in their Real Estate departments, particularly in the area of Project Management.
Job Description
This position would sit in the Project Management division and would oversee the construction and refurbishment of new and existing stores across Japan. It would work closely with store design teams before taking over and handling store construction before finally handling the completed project to the Facilities group.
Some of the main aspects for this role are as follows:
* Work closely with Construction teams to determine budgets, handle tendering and contractor selection
* Oversee the cost aspect of the project in order to achieve the lowest cost possible without lowering quality
* Ensure stores are built within design specifications
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
* Project Management experience in real estate. (Retail experience is welcomed but not required)
* Strong English Skills are NOT required but are welcomed.
