Job Description
1. Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation by managing competitive, market and best practices intelligence.
2. Understanding consumers shopping journey, CPD brand positioning and channel dynamics, Work with brand stakeholders to identify the business requirements and analytics problems to solve.
3. Define key clients’ business drivers and optimize their assortment, promotion, contents, AD, search, cross selling mechanisms.
4. Improve the division digital campaigns’ ROI by campaign analysis.
5. Monitor the division online activity quantitatively and qualitatively.
6. Responsible for creating and monitoring our online dashboards to understand our performance and feed them to each business stakeholders with action plan proposal.
7. Ensure Data Collection, Quality and retention.
Requirements
1. 3+ years data analysis experience in CRM or ecom sales or media campaign in beauty or fashion industry is plus.
