Job Description
1. To define, plan and implement communication strategy of the brand, in consistency with the international / local brand strategy. (PR, ePR, digital, media)
2. Build the brand image, develop visibility/awareness and reinforce its reputation over time.
3. Define & build communication angle of each campaigns, in coordination with marketing, to reflect to powerful integrated online and offline communication relevant for target customers.
4. Implement efficient PR/digital touch point and monitor ROI.
5. Link off line and online communication to stores to generate traffic.
6. Develop media relations and external networks (Influences, celebrities. Magazine editors, beauty journalists etc.)
7. Represent and be the brand spokesperson for external targets including celebrities, socialite and bloggers
8. Organize events (PR / digital) with sharp objective & brand presentation.
9. Manage and take initiative on digital contents development of the brand.
10. Manage Media/PR/Digital budget
11. Manage and develop team
Requirements
1. Minimum 5-year experience in PR / digital communication, experiencing in cosmetics, fashion, or consumer product brands
2. Excellent interpersonal skill, editorial communication skill with good knowledge of digital function, presentation skill both in Japanese and business conversational level of English
3. Leadership, drive, project management skill (strong planning and execution skill)
4. Think out of box type
5. Creativity, Metier in beauty/fashion. Luxury sense.
6. People management skill
7. PC & Microsoft Office skills
