Job Description
-Act as department manager to plan, decide, lead and execute action plans of the department to achieve business objectives
-Motivate, nurture, train and lead staff to attain high levels of performance
-Act as business partner to the General Manager and the management team to provide financial legal and administrative advice and support business decision making
-Actively participate in management team discussions and support management team in decision making
-Produce insightful business analysis to support business decisions
-Implement and maintain local accounting and general affairs policies, procedures and reports and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and legal requirements as well as headquarter's group policies and requirements
Requirements
-Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
-Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACCA, AICPA)
-Experienced in ERP system
-Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
