Job Description
The financial division is looking for an Accounting Project Leader reporting directly to the Accounting manager and CFO. Therefore, speaking fluently Japanese and English is a key requirement in order to be able to report to the management.
As an Accounting Project Leader he/she will have to take care of process standardization, drive change management, improve accounting information productivity as well as guarantee the reliability of accounting information and finally constantly monitor that the Group's accounting procedures and principles are correctly applied.
Requirements
The key requirements for this position include:
- Minimum 4 years of experiences in Financial Accounting / Managerial Accounting / Business Analysis
- Project Management and change management knowledge
- Understanding of Revenue and Expense accounting, able to close the books in General Ledger
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Business level English ( Spoken / Written)
