Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to interview arrangement and offering for the Editorial team, Client Services, Creative Services, Tech∏, Admin organizations
- Provide strategic recruitment solutions in line with Headcount plan liaising with local/global stakeholders;
- Actively seek out an effective sourcing strategy such as online sourcing, offline networking events/seminars;
- Keep up-to-date on external market trends learning into a competitive advantage for the company.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience either in-house and/or at a recruitment firm
- Experience in the Media or Advertising industry highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the social media and digital marketing industry: competitors, talent and market trends.
- Have a strong sense of urgency in the dynamic business growth.
- Self-starter, highly motivated.
- Native Japanese / Fluent in English (minimum TOEIC 800+).
