Job Description
we are looking for a leader who leads, coaches and mentors a team that continues to explore leading edge technologies, tools and best practices for faster, cheaper, better delivery and superior customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work in a community (aka DevOps guild) that is leading the DevOps transformation including exciting technology opportunities with cloud, infrastructure as code, and software delivery pipelines.
The SFDC leader will lead, coach, mentor and manage all resources under SFDC Competency Center to enhance and further develop their technical and soft skill sets. SFDC Competency Center is responsible to develop and maintain all applications hosted on Salesforce platform. The members of SFDC Competency Center will usually be working in a particular squad (aka feature-team) but may also be working for other squads on needed basis to meet the projects demands.

【Specific Activities】
・Perform personnel management tasks for all directs including hiring, setting objectives, performance reviews, promotions, mentoring, and helping plan career growth
・Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
・Support DevOps Guild lead to define standards, enforce best practices, patterns and processes
・Define, track and report KPIs
・Constantly improve team productivity, refine agile processes, and create methods to increase efficiency
・Conduct regular 1-on-1 meeting with team members
・Manage software development vendor sourcing and performance
・Promote and support Community of Practice
・Track workloads of team members and ensure fair, consistent approach of workloads and development to build a highly effective team.
・Define strategic vision for Salesforce platform and define action plan to achieve this vision
・Lead the design authority of Salesforce platform to ensure consistency in designing applications, promote reuse and best practices
・Ensure the quality of Salesforce platform (reliability, agility, security, cost efficiency).
・Build and maintain the relationship with Salesforce, Salesforce partners and solution integrators
・Improve and maintain sourcing strategy for Salesforce platform
・Conduct regular meeting with tribe leaders to understand and anticipate the resource demands
Requirements
【Skills】
・Business level Japanese language proficiency
・Business level English language proficiency
・Salesforce certifications
【Qualifications】
・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
・Must have previous management experience or have demonstrable management skills to lead, coach, mentor and manage a team
・Must have 2+ years experiences working with Salesforce platform
・Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
・Strong leadership, proactive, technology-passionate
・Ability to lead by example in DevOps community
・Excellent communication, negotiation and resource management skills
・Software development experience preferred
・Agile process (e.g. Scrum) experience preferred
・System integration (e.g. API Gateway, ESB, ETL) experience preferred
・Desire to work in a fast paced, evolving, growing, and dynamic environment
・Curiosity to explore new ideas and passion to make them happen
Additional Job Information
Salary Range = 10M to 14M Pkg
Target age: up to 40's (Not 50's)
Fluent English & Japanese is MUST (特に日本語が重要)
Experience in insurance/Finance companies is not necessary(金融・保険業界での業務経験は必須ではありません-あれば尚可)
