Job Description
The Controller is expected work as a financial business adviser for the Japan as well as global operations in all topics relevant to controlling from both a financial and commercial perspective, including:
- ensuring clear financial goal setting
- monitoring and analyzing actual financial performance
- foreseeing and highlighting future developments, opportunities & risks, generating actionable insights and proposed measures, as well as advising and challenging senior rmanagement to achieve the best performance
- drive maximum profitability and ensure financial targets are met. The Controller is part of and expected to leverage the global controlling functions for performing transactional/standardized reporting and ad-hoc/complex, deep-dive analysis respectively.

Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent
- Business, commercial and financial acumen
- Experienced in business controlling, financial analysis and financial accounting
- ERP experience
