Job Description
The Accounting Manager supervises four staff accountants and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely manner.
・Lead accounting team (2 senior accountants and 2 temporary staff) and report to CFO
・Prepare monthly financial statements
・Consult with the CFO about accounting processing (check Japanese and US taxation system)
Requirements
・Basic MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Power point
・Strong Management experience
・Working experience in manufacturing company is a plus
・Business English level
