Job Description
- Support store team to monitor customer status
- Support to implement new client system in store
- Ensure data integrity and effective mining
- Coordinate the customer service center
- Retail Performance
-Develop Customer feedback
- Support the retail manager on implementing action plans aiming to improve mystery shopping results
- Test new approach for customer's feedback
Staffing Optimization
- Set standards for labor scheduling
- Develop / Implement tool across network
- Optimize match to traffic / analyse data to support actions
- Maximize floor management impact (staff & managers) in line with service standards expected
Store Operations Develop and implement main operational standards (product flows, cashing, wrapping...)
- Ensure consistency
- Ensure integrity of backrooms as well as stock management best practices
- Optimize interface between back-office and front-office in-store
- Detect needs for training and IT development
- Develop and coach Stock teams / partner with Retail Managers
Sales Policy
- Partner with the management to ensure minimal security risks and appropriate
Requirements
English Business level - french is plus
Age: age early 30s to late 30s
Job Requirement
Education : University graduate
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experiences in customer marketing or retail operation or sales promotion in luxury fashion brand
Hands-on, result driven with excellent attention to details, self-motivated and committed team player
Customer-oriented
PC skills: Word / Excel / Power Point
