Job Description
· Supports in overseeing and checking the VM implementation, based on the market activation plan and in line with global guidelines and policies;
· Executes VM training for the Sales Team in all channels;
· Supports the ordering of VM tools and displays. Coordinates if global VM tools need to be printed locally;
· Works closely with Merchandising, Marketing colleagues and Sales;
· Coordinates VM for new openings, relocations and refurbishments (long life and short life). Supports VM for events;
· Provides feedback as well as any other ideas to central on any improvement areas;
· Secures good communication flow with the Global S&CI team and key stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
Jobholder requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar VM role in a Consumer Goods Business
- Solid background in visual merchandising
- Ability to train and coach
- Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned between 20-30% of working time
- Local language business proficiency and basic English skills (for non-English speaking markets)
