Job Description
1. Boutique display control & maintenance
-Adapt display installation in line with MKT/MD/RT
-Make a Display guideline/Zoning map for implementation.
-Keep window display quality.
-Monitor and maintain quality level of visibility in line with the brand policy, guideline and marketing strategy.
-Prepare and send installation report to MKT/MD/COM/RT/HQ.
-Order and arrange display PLV with HQ and RID based on budget.
-Control PLV production with HQ and local suppliers
-Replace and maintain display materials as needed and also for the boutique renewal/new opening with SDP
division.
2. Specialists POS display control & development
-Monitor and maintain quality level of visibility in line with the brand policy, guideline and marketing strategy.
-Make a Display guideline/Zoning map for implementation.
-Order and arrange display PLV with HQ and RID based on budget.
-Control PLV production with HQ and local suppliers
-Visit regularly Specialists POS and check display condition and visibility, and give proper advice to POS staff occasionally.
-Prepare and send installation report to the sales team and HQ
3. Support for in-store fairs / Non-OTC fair / Other Events
-Prepare and deliver display support for in-store fairs, non-OTC fairs and other events such as PR event, in line with strategic objective, under VM manager validation.
-Keep the progress updated to and report final outcome to VM manager.
4. Relationship with retail boutiques to enhance support
-Visit boutiques regularly so as to improve / build up strong communication and relationship with boutique manager and staffs.
-Survey all boutiques to gather accurate measurement information (number of façade window, size, and number of podiums/curtains, etc.)
5. Display training
-Develop and improve guideline, display training manuals and tools for boutique staffs under VM manager validation.(knowledge / basic technical skill for boutique staff through OJT / Hands-on) and conduct regular display training program for boutique staff.
-Develop and improve guideline and display training manuals for the wholesale network under VM manager validation (basic technical skills / knowledge for Specialist Sales people & dealers staff), and conduct yearly schedule of training programme.
6. Administrative work
-Control PLV deployment (Phase in and out based on marketing wave)
-Control expense within the allocated.
-Monthly invoice process in time for cut of
