Job Description
• Responsible for the coordination of events with external partners, direct all event components including the store's managing, operations, sales and visual teams in order to execute events proficiently and cohesively;
• Communicate event details to Communication team, stores, maintenance, operations and HQ;
• Coordinate, execute and act as point of reference person for all events related logistics, including communicating with all vendors and on-site contacts;
• General administrative duties and daily maintenance of special events inventory consisting of gifts, food/beverages, décor materials, and DM with the approval of HQ;
• Recap all events and in charge of the final report;
• Prepare, order, purchase, deliver all goods and services in advance for all events, connect with vendors to schedules deliveries and shipments;
• Relay and communicate all prospective and possible future events to PR and retail team;
• Explore outside partnership opportunities for events with vendors, charities, associations, women’s groups, hotels etc;
• Work in tandem with creative team regarding events.
Requirements
• 3 years event and public relations experience
• Strong skills in planning, organization, attention to detail, creativity and ability to multi-task
• Ability to influence and work cross-functionally
• Preferable experience in retail industry
• Proven experience in creative writing
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Strong PC skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• High Language skills – communication in English
