Job Description
As a member of the legal team, you will:
- Provide legal support for the expansion and growth of the company's business, especially in relation to media distribution.
- Draft, review and interpret contracts.
- Instruct, oversee and manage outside counsel.
- Negotiate agreements with counterparties.
- Advise and counsel executives on legal and regulatory issues.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice law in Japan or an English-speaking jurisdiction.
- Business level or above Japanese and English language ability.
- 8+ years PQE either in-house or Private Practice.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law.
