Job Description
1.Develop logistics and related cost budget, for both finished goods and POSM, analyze, and report progress against budget in an accurate and timely manner under supervision of manager. (30%)
2.Receive and validate services from 3PL while constantly seeking for improvement opportunities operationally. (20%)
3.Gather and learn the latest logistics service trend and develop efficient logistics services that drive accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. (20%)
4.Manage delivery service level as appropriate level, monitor and report the results of service level based on agreed KPIs with 3PL.(20%)
5. Maintain 3PL service at the appropriate level by having periodical meetings with 3PL. (10%)
Requirements
Education: College graduate
Languages:
Japanese (Native) and English (read/write)
Professional experience & know how:
3-5 years direct experiences in logistics/operations.
Good analytical and negotiation skills
Technical & management skills:
Numerical proficiency, Excel advanced knowledge a must.
SAP and industry knowledge helpful.
Personal & interpersonal skills:
Effective leadership and a team player.
