Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities
•Provide on premise and/or remote technical support to domestic offices and Retail Direct Stores of the country, and the APAC region when and if needed.
•Execute IT operational procedures and standards to assure high quality services.
•Manage and improve the internal client experience and satisfaction.
•Work collaboratively with the local, regional and corporate CIS groups for providing efficient and effective support services to the internal clients.
•Keep commitments, execute objectives and ensure compliance with policies, procedures
Specific Responsibilities
•Ensure compliance with CIS policies, procedures, and strategies.
•Carry out day-to-day standard operations and provide support services to the country users.
•Coordinate with procurement of new software, hardware and supplies of the country.
•Provide technical support of (not limited to):
oEnd point computing
oServer computing
oNetworking (Layer 2) / Wi-Fi Access Point management
oTelephony/Conferencing
oSystems upgrades and patching
oSoftware/hardware provisions and contracts
oLocal IT Asset management
oLocal IT Audit champion
oOn-premise server room
oLocal systems administrator
oRetail stores’ systems (PC, POS, printers, telephony and security)
oOther technologies as emerged
•Support of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change and Release Management.
•Support and improve support metrics and KPI’s on a continuous basis.
•Support global IT initiative and project activities for the Asia-Pacific region.

•Calm and polite manner when dealing with end users even in challenging situations.
•Ability to identify technical and non-technical issues and resolve effectively.
•Be able to effectively prioritize tasks, changes and incidents in line with both business and CIS requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
•Bias for action and fortitude to challenge the status quo with a results-oriented sense of urgency.
•Measurement driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
•Availability for occasional work in the evenings or weekends.
•Flexibility to visit domestic on-site such as remote offices and retail stores.
•Flexibility for regional trip to provide on-site support such as Korea.
•Fluency in English language mandatory.
