QA Complaint Handling Senior Specialist (Professional)
Role description
・ Responsible for handling to complaints and inquiries appropriately according to SOPs and manuals Independently ensure quality and timely execution of a clinical trial within timeline and budget
・ Responsible for collecting safety and quality information relating to own products and making adequate data entries into the Global / Local Product Complaint Management System (GPCMS)
・ Responsible for maintaining adequate information in GPCMS according to the global SOPs
・ Responsible for updating / revising SOPs and manuals as appropriate to comply with GVP and regulation
Major accountabilities
・ Handling complaints and inquiriries in terms of the Call Center
・ Ensuring accurate and sufficient data entry into GPCMS
・ Assist in management of the outsourcee in terms of the Call Center and GPCMS
・ /In charge of updating / revising SOPs and manuals
・ Administarative works

・ 手順書およびマニュアルに従い、適切に苦情・問合せ対応を行うこと.
・ 自社製品に係わる安全性情報(有害事象)および品質情報(製品不具合)を入手し、それらの情報をデータベースに適切に登録すること
・ 定められた手順に従い、グローバル・データベースに登録されている情報を適切に維持・管理すること
・ GVP(製造販売後安全管理基準)および法規制等に従い、手順書およびマニュアルを適宜改訂・更新すること
Requirements
・ Education: BA Degree
・ Language: Japanese, English (Moderate level, no sense of resistance in using English)
・ Experience: 3 years' experience in one of the followings; consumer / customer response service, Sales Representative (MR is preferred), Medical Safety, Quality Assurance / Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry is preferable
次の職種のいずれかにおいて3年以上の実務経験を有すること:
消費者/取引先対応業務、 営業職(MRであれば尚可)、 安全管理業務、 品質保証業務
英語 (中級レベル、英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと)
医薬品または医療機器業界にて勤務経験があれば尚可
